Mad Hatter's Tea Party

We weren't late for this very important date! A Study In Fandoms' Mad Hatter's Tea Party went down a treat with our guests, many of whom turned up in matching Alice In Wonderland themed outfits!
Throughout the day we were provided with hot and cold water for tea and refreshments by the Chapelfield Gardens Cafe who were extremely kind to us and Open provided some pitchers and very fun giant cardboard spoons!
During this event, AnimeLeague hosted a cosplay competition where the top 3 qualified for the UK Cosplay Finals in Birmingham in 2016, where Becca our founder took part and represented our area!
In total, this event raised £165.58 for East Anglian Air Ambulance through kind donations for our refreshments and company. This will help the Air Ambulance team to stay flying in our skies for longer and continue saving lives; we chose this charity due to the EAAA's help when our friend Felix was in a motorbike accident last year and was taken to hospital where he made a very speedy recovery.
